官欣瑩顧問在出版資訊業有超過15年豐富的資歷，曾管理台灣與港澳地區的大專院校。在其負責管理期間，接觸不同學科領域之專家學者，並瞭解學者與科研人員的研究貢獻與形態。近年來，在國內各大專學校與政府機構經常提供專業及知識性的講座，分享國內外的經驗，並提供研究學者更多研究方法與工具。
在學術領域，經常與校長、副校長、研發處及校務中心等管理階層有許多合作之經驗，負責提供科技資訊給不同產業的專業人士及企業，以協助他們加速研究管理、科學探索與創新。

Renee Guan as a Senior Solution Consultant is based in the North Asia of the Academics & Government business of Clarivate in Taiwan. Renee Guan works closely with key opinion leaders in academics and government departments in Taiwan. She also represents Clarivate at key thought leadership events to share the best practices in research and consulting expertise on solutions to support their research and innovation endeavors. She also supports the sales team in garnering and identifying new business leads and opportunities.

Renee holds a Master degree from Tamkang University of Information and Library Science. She has more than 15 years of rich experience in the information industry, having worked at EBSCO and Shou Ray Information Services Co., Ltd.
