As Senior Customer Success Manager specializing in Clarivate’s research and analytics solutions, Dju-Lyn engages with researchers and university leaders around Southeast Asia in discussions around optimising researcher workflows, bibliometrics and strategic decision making.

Dju-Lyn has extensive experience in STM publishing covering various research fields. During her career, she represented leading academic publishers in engagements across Asia Pacific.
