申錫勳先生為延世大學的經濟碩士與法學博士，於2017年6月加入Kim & Chang法律事務所擔任顧問一職。

申錫勳先生在研究與實務方面都有著豐富的經驗，曾任職韓國經濟研究院企業研究部總裁、亦曾擔任衛生福利部全國養老金實踐評估委員會成員、韓國產業聯合會企業政策組組長、司法部產品責任法修訂委員會委員等職務，以經濟與法學的專長為企業與產業進行實務研究與政策輔助執行。

申錫勳先生亦有發表多篇期刊文獻、專著或報告探討企業經營、公司法、產業政策、訴訟等相關之法律與經濟議題。

Mr. Seuk Hun Shin received a M.A. of Economics and a PH. D. at Yonsei University and joined Kim & Chang Law Firm as an advisor in June 2017.

Mr. Seuk Hun Shin has lots of experience both on research and practice. He’s ever been the Director and Research Fellow of the division of Corporate Research at Korea Economic Research Institute, a member of the National Pension Practice Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Corporate Policy team leader of the federation of Korea Industry, and the member of the Product Liability Law Revision Committee of the Justice Department. Mr. Seuk Hun Shin conduct practical research and policy implementation for enterprises and industries with his professional in economics and law.

Mr. Seuk Hun Shin has also published a number of journal articles, books or reports discussing legal and economic issues related to business management, company law, industrial policy, litigation, etc.
