Mr. In-Hwan Yuk joined Kim & Chang in 2007 and is a patent attorney in the firm's Chemical/Pharma Practice. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering (2004) from Seoul National University and was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2006.
Mr. Yuk's practice focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. He has been involved in patent and trade secret litigations as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) in the areas of OLED, semiconductor, biosensor, recombinant DNA technology, genomics, and etc. He has also handled trials before the Intellectual Property Tribunal of KIPO and actions before the Patent Court, and has written opinions in validity cases. He is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
