陸仁煥 專利代理人於2004年首爾國立大學化學工程學系畢業，並於2006年取得韓國專利律師資格， 2007年加入Kim & Chang法律事務所。陸仁煥先生為韓國專利代理人協會的成員。

陸仁煥先生的執業領域主要以智慧財產權為主，包括專利申請、專利權執行與專利訴訟，曾參與專利與營業秘密訴訟，以及於韓國特許廳（Korean Intellectual Property Office，簡稱KIPO）負責OLED、半導體、生物傳感器、基因重組技術、基因體學等技術之專利申請。此外，亦曾負責處理KIPO的智慧財產審判庭（Intellectual Property Tribunal ）訴訟，以及專利法院的審判，並為專利有效案件提出書面意見。

Mr. In-Hwan Yuk joined Kim & Chang in 2007 and is a patent attorney in the firm's Chemical/Pharma Practice. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering (2004) from Seoul National University and was admitted to the Korean Patent Bar in 2006.

Mr. Yuk's practice focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. He has been involved in patent and trade secret litigations as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) in the areas of OLED, semiconductor, biosensor, recombinant DNA technology, genomics, and etc. He has also handled trials before the Intellectual Property Tribunal of KIPO and actions before the Patent Court, and has written opinions in validity cases. He is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
